Summary


The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The primary focus will be to identify and engage marketing qualified leads and conduct a smooth handoff to the sales department. Additionally, this role will support other sales and marketing activities as needed. This a salaried, full-time position that reports to the department EVP of Business Development and Marketing. You must reside in Tampa, Fl. 


Position Duties & Responsibilities


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research prospective agencies, identifying key influencers and decision-makers, and generate interest from various stakeholders. Document all information and communication learned about prospective agencies in Salesforce.
  • Successfully complete initial encounter with prospects gathering comprehensive client basic information, and engendering with a prospect a desire to follow up contact by KanTime Sales Team
  • Assist with marketing and PR to promote and publicize KanTime before, during, and after each trade show or event
  • Represent KanTime and interact with prospects at events, gather information from prospects about needs/requirements, pains/problems, and build relationships with referral partners
  • Comfortable leveraging or learning tools such as; Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Ebsta, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to assist in lead development. 


Requirements


  • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding assigned objectives
  • Willingness to learn extensive details about KanTime’s various solutions
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Home Care or Hospice industry knowledge and experience is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the year - open to discussion
