Summary


The Hospice Product Specialist will be responsible for helping the Sales & Marketing team educate prospects on KanTime Hospice Software, regulation changes, and overall trends. Day to day functions of the Hospice Product Specialist will heavily involve demoing the product, writing, conducting webinars, and working closely with Sales and Marketing to create hospice specific content.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Conduct demos, both in person and through webinars, of KanTime Hospice Software to prospects of all sizes
  • Assist prospects and clients with technical questions, and support as needed
  • Attend state and national home health, hospice, pediatrics, and private duty/home care trade shows to be abreast of current industry trends
  • Collaborate with Operations team to understand how KanTime addresses common concerns for its clients, industry updates, etc. and then translate those into benefits for prospects
  • Research, review, and write blog posts, informational sheets, case studies, and white papers on industry related topics
  • Coordinate and participate with B2B partners on joint informational sessions, co-sponsored marketing collateral, and webinars


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a hospice agency
  • Has prior experience in the administrative responsibilities of a hospice agency
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent at managing spreadsheets
  • Adept at working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pre-existing knowledge of an EMR is preferred – added bonus if KanTime
